02The method

Five stages. No shortcuts.

Most products that fail abroad were never made ready for abroad — they were simply sent. We do the commercial work first, then we go to market.

01

Assess

Category, competition, cost and margin — then market fit. Which markets justify the effort, and which will politely waste a year. This stage ends in a straight answer, including no.

02

Position

The proposition and the price ladder, rebuilt per market around how its buyers actually decide. What persuades a Gulf distributor is not what persuades a German retailer.

03

Plan the route

Which regions first and why. Importer, distributor, retail or e-commerce. What terms are realistic and what a first order should look like.

04

Place

The buyers who decide, approached by name, with our vetting behind every introduction — the difference between an email that gets opened and one that gets filtered.

05

Close

Samples, pricing, negotiation and the unglamorous follow-through that turns a warm reply into a signed arrangement and a first order.

Selectivity

We say no more than yes.

Our name sits on every introduction we make. A buyer sent something serious once will open the next one — that reputation is the asset, and it survives only if we are strict about what carries it. If we don’t believe a product can win, we say so early, and we say why.
